Returns Designed for Simplicity

We stand behind our faucets, but we also understand that plans change. Our return process is designed to be straightforward, respectful of your time, and focused on fairness.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item

  • Items that have been installed, modified, or used with plumbing systems are not eligible for return

To begin a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for confirmation before shipping any item back.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a faucet that is damaged during transit or functionally defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Attach clear photos of the issue and your order reference. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Refund Process

Once your return arrives at our facility and passes inspection:

  • You will be notified of the return status

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees from the original order are not refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect

Non-Returnable Items

Products marked as “final sale” or customized configurations are not eligible for return unless damaged on arrival.

Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not support direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you will need to return the original item (if eligible) and place a separate order.
